  • Account Details: Your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Date of Birth (used securely as your initial login password).
  • Typing Metrics: We record your typing Speed (WPM), Accuracy percentage, focus metrics, and language preferences to build your dynamic dashboard and issue certificates.
  • Usage Data: We track your AI Token consumption to accurately manage your free and premium credit balances.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used to improve your learning experience:

  • To generate dynamic typing lessons tailored to your skill level.
  • To place your high scores on our global Leaderboard.
  • To verify and issue your Digital Certificates of Mastery.
  • To manage your wallet limits and process subscription upgrades.

3. Interaction with Artificial Intelligence

We use robust third-party AI APIs (such as Google Gemini) to generate our dynamic typing lessons and evaluations. When you request a custom story or topic, only the prompt keyword is sent to the AI. None of your personal identifiable information (PII) or keystroke data is ever fed to public AI models for training purposes.

4. Payment Security

We use highly secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or PhonePe) to process premium upgrades. We do not store your credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or sensitive banking details on our servers.

5. Data Protection

We implement modern security measures to protect your account against unauthorized access. Your passwords (DOB/Custom) are securely hashed in our database, and your certificates are cryptographically verified.
