Welcome to QodeLabs Web Services (Typing Flow AI). By registering an account and using our AI-powered typing tutor, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Account & Usage

  • You must provide accurate information during registration to generate verifiable digital certificates.
  • Your account provides you with daily Free AI Credits. Attempting to bypass limits through multiple accounts or automated bots is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that attempt to manipulate leaderboard scores through scripts, macros, or cheats.

2. AI Generation Fair Use

Typing Flow AI uses powerful language models to generate custom typing content dynamically. By using the platform, you agree that:

  • You will not input abusive, illegal, highly offensive, or explicit prompts into the "Custom Story" AI generator.
  • We cannot guarantee 100% factual accuracy of all AI-generated stories, though we instruct our models to prioritize realism.

3. Premium Credits & Payments

  • Users may purchase Premium AI Credits to bypass daily limits and unlock Digital Certificates.
  • Because AI tokens are securely allocated instantly upon purchase, all sales are strictly governed by our No-Refund Policy.
  • If a payment fails or gets delayed by the gateway, users must report it via our support desk within 24 hours.
  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify the pricing of our Premium Plans, AI Credits, and Digital Certificates at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will apply only to future purchases and will not affect your already purchased credits.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, UI elements, game logic (such as Meteor Words and Space Defender), and general platform architecture are the intellectual property of QodeLabs Web Services. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute our source code.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Typing Flow AI is provided "as is" to help improve your typing speed. We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in employment or specific real-world outcomes. Occasional API downtime may occur during high traffic.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the institute is established. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
