QodeLabs Web Services (Typing Flow AI) operates entirely as a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. Please note that we do not sell, dispatch, or ship any physical products.

1. Digital Delivery Only

Because our platform provides online typing practice, AI-generated learning modules, and digital skill evaluation, all "deliveries" happen electronically over the internet.

2. Instant Account Activation & Credits

• When you purchase a Premium Plan or AI Credits, the transaction is processed securely through our payment gateway.
• Upon successful payment confirmation, your digital goods (AI Tokens, Premium Credits, or Plan Upgrades) are delivered instantly to your Typing Flow AI dashboard wallet.
• You can begin utilizing your upgraded features and credits immediately without any waiting period.

3. Digital Certificates

• If you utilize credits to generate a Certificate of Mastery, the certificate is created dynamically by our AI engine.
• No physical paper certificate will be mailed to your home address.
• Your certificate is delivered digitally. You can view, download as a PDF, or print the certificate directly from your premium dashboard at any time.

4. Service Access Issues

If you have completed a payment but your digital credits or plan upgrades have not been delivered to your dashboard instantly, this is usually due to a slight network delay with your bank.

• Please wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard.
• If your digital delivery has still not arrived, please contact our support team immediately with your Transaction ID, and we will manually push the digital delivery to your account.
